Tuvavoo Academy

Selling live is a skill.
We teach it.

The Academy is where athletes and brand teams learn to run a live show that actually sells — on TikTok Shop and Whatnot, with our production crew, our inventory, and our operators behind the camera.

What you actually learn

On camera

Voice, pacing, and presence. How to hold a room for two hours without a script and still hit every product beat.

Show craft

Structuring a stream that sells: openers, drop timing, giveaways, comment work, and closing the last twenty minutes strong.

Product & margin

Reading assortment, knowing what you're selling and why, and pricing that leaves real margin after the platform takes its cut.

Platform mechanics

How TikTok Shop and Whatnot actually reward sellers — discovery, ratings, fulfillment SLAs, and repeat-buyer behavior.

Taught by Jen Herrera

It's what you're not saying that's killing your sales.

People don't just buy what you say. They buy how you look, how you move, and how you sound. Your product can be right, your lighting perfect, your script flawless — and the stream still won't convert if your body, eyes, and voice are quietly signalling uncertainty. Jen brings 25+ years of on-camera experience to stripping out those amateur habits and replacing them with media competence that commands trust and moves product.

Hands

People trust you less when they can't see your hands. Keep them visible and natural — use them to demonstrate, emphasize, and settle your own nerves.

Eyes

Most sellers watch themselves on screen. Amateur move. Talk to the lens like the buyer is in the room - roughly 60-70% eye contact, the way a real conversation works.

Voice

The silent killer: dropping off at the end of a sentence — exactly where the price and the benefit live. News anchors are trained never to do it. Neither are our hosts.

Body

Crossed arms read angry. Slumped shoulders read defeated. Statue-still reads nervous. Even the angle you lean your torso changes how much people buy.

Mastering these unsaid cues is the difference between an influencer begging for attention and a seller who commands the room. It isn't about being a polished robot — buyers connect with people, not pitches.

From first rep to your own show

Four phases. You move forward when the tape says you're ready, not on a calendar.

01

Foundations

Live commerce economics, platform rules, and what separates a stream that converts from a stream that entertains. Classroom and film study of real shows.

02

Studio reps

Time in our studio with a producer, lighting, and real inventory. You run practice shows, get tape back, and fix the habits that cost sales.

03

Co-hosted live

Your first real shows alongside an experienced Tuvavoo host. We carry the product knowledge and operations while you build reps and audience.

04

Your own show

You take the lead slot with your own recurring format. Tuvavoo stays behind the camera on sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment.

Where you sell

We train you on the platforms buyers are already on — TikTok Shop and Whatnot.

No waiting on an audience to migrate somewhere new. You learn each platform's discovery mechanics, seller standards, and fulfillment expectations, then go live with a Tuvavoo producer running the show behind you.

Who it's for

Athletes

Current and retired pros who want a business that uses the audience they already earned — not another endorsement deal.

Brand teams

In-house marketers and founders who need their own people confident and effective on live, not a rented face.

Emerging hosts

Creators with an audience and no idea how to turn a stream into a repeatable revenue line.

Cohorts are small. Tell us who you are.

We take a limited number of hosts at a time so everyone gets studio time and real shows, not a video course.
